And honestly? Fair. But here we are. Still standing. Still typing. Still trying to build the future of grocery + travel.

🧠 We’ve got a Founding Engineer! Meet Rahul.

Huge milestone for us — we’ve officially hired our first Founding Engineer, Rahul, who’s joining us full-time and in-person this week. He just graduated from Ohio State, and is moving to Cincinnati to dive in with the team.

Rahul’s a builder at heart. He loves tinkering, writing code, and figuring out how to make complex things feel simple. Outside of work, you’ll find him watching F1, mixing cocktails, or bouldering somewhere.

We're beyond lucky to have him.

📍 More properties, more places

We’ve been busy. In the past few weeks alone, we’ve added 750+ new properties to the Noshable network — and we’re just getting started.

Here are just a few of the new spots now offering fully stocked fridges and effortless grocery delivery:

• 30A, Florida — 78 beautiful homes along the Gulf 🌴☀️

• Aspen, Jackson Hole & Kauai — 35 properties across the mountains and islands 🏔️🌺

• Miami & Miami Beach — 125 units across high-rises and boutique stays 🌆🍹

With every new location, we’re making it easier for guests to eat well and feel at home — whether they’re near a ski lift, a surfboard, or just soaking up small-town charm.

🤖 The Grocery AI Agent is coming

We’re deep in development on our AI-powered grocery shopping assistant — think of it like Instacart meets magic. It learns what you need, when you need it, and handles the whole grocery delivery process for you.

We’re launching soon, and if you want early access, you can join the waitlist here.

Also: we’re adding Safeway and Whole Foods to our list of supported grocers. So yeah, more options. More granola. More kombucha.

🏕️ Conference season + doubling our footprint

It’s officially conference season, and we’re out in the wild meeting operators, partners, and builders.

Big goal: double our property count this summer. If you know a host, manager, or property group that should offer Noshable, send them our way.
